Well, I haven’t actually been dead; but close enough. This blog hasn’t been the only thing to get neglected as I run from one job to the other, but it’s on the list of things I miss very much. With a cancelled appointment this afternoon, I have a few minutes to at least post a brief update.

First, an apology that the blog has been so silent. I rather thought my schedule would gel a bit better than it has. Also, a thank you to the followers I’ve picked up even during this time!

The good news is by the end of the month, I should be down to one job. I will still be volunteering at the humane society – I can’t imagine not after my time there – but I won’t be trying to maintain it as a 30ish hour a week job when I’ve got another one that is close to (and really, ought to be) full-time.

In gaming news, I’m back to FFXIV after finding out a coworker plays. I was looking for a reason to subscribe again anyway, and having someone super fun to run things with is something I rarely pass up. (See? I’m not ALWAYS asocial in my gaming! :P)

I’m still playing TSW when I have time as well, and excited for Issue 13. I’ve had to miss more episodes of Beyond the Veil than I’d like, but I should be much more present once my schedule settles out in a few weeks.

I’m planning on joining Jennet and Otterdown for an Extra Life/TSW wrap-up party/livestream on November 19. I might miss the beginning depending on work, but I definitely won’t be missing the whole thing. We’ve still got games and prizes left over to give away, and I still need to get to that purple hair dye…

Fallout 4 has been on pause lately, but (again, when I have more time) I’m sure I’ll get back to it. An awesome friend and DM I know gifted me Elite Dangerous recently, plus I’ve picked up a few more games over the last Steam sale, so I ought to have some thoughts to add to the Gryph is Playing series.

I’ve got to finish getting ready for work here, but thank you again to everyone waiting so patiently for content. I’ll be glad when I can get back to it!
